Who we are looking for
We seek a driven and ambitious Business Development professional to help expand our supply partnerships across the EU market. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships. If you have a proactive mindset and a passion for sales and networking, we’d love to hear from you! 
Must haves
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track leads and deals effectively using a CRM system.
  • Proactive & Ambitious: A hunter mentality—goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to close deals.
  • Networking & Outgoing Personality: Comfortable attending events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build strong industry connections. 
  • Bachelor´s degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Native German speaker with fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional European language.
Nice to have
  • Experience in business development, and sales.
  • Background and/or interest in digital advertising, ad tech, or media sales.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and industry trends.
Your mission
  • Identify and engage potential publisher partners with a focus on the EU market.
  • Develop and nurture relationships through outreach, meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up efficiently tracking everything in the company’s CRM.
  • Work closely with internal teams: Legal, Account Management, Tech.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to establish a strong presence.
