Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Success Manager to support our existing publishers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and be able to think strategically while also being able to execute tactics effectively. Additionally, the candidate should have a profound knowledge of AdTech.
Your mission
  • Support existing publishers around the world, acting as a key point of contact for all requirements, issues, and challenges
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing partners, helping to identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities
  • Deliver a superior client experience by working closely with other teams within the company
  • Follow-up with calls/meetings to ensure a good understanding of our products and a positive relationship with publishers
  • Stay up to date with recent market and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the team and clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales and marketing teams to pursue them
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
  • Good network within the online advertising industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analyze data
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Freshsales, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to execute tactics effectively
  • Experience in client-facing roles and understanding of customer success best practices
  • Prior experience in the digital media/publishing industry is a plus
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, negotiation & presentation skills, strong focus on results
