Join our team as the Demand Sales Lead for the DACH region and drive revenue growth by building and managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
Use your expertise in sales strategy and execution to help us grow.

Your mission
  • Be responsible for Demand Sales in the DACH region
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and new media agencies/advertisers
  • Build PMP agreements with agencies/advertisers in your region
  • Organize calls and meetings to ensure good relationships and understanding of ConnectAd products
  • Work side-by-side with the DSP and Publisher team to develop sales ideas and strategies
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends  
  • You report directly to the management board 
Your profile
  • Good network within the online advertising industry 
  • Programmatic advertising knowledge
  • 3 – 5 years experience in active sales with media agencies/advertisers
  • Experience in programmatic advertising / DSP or SSP 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Freshsales, or equivalent)
  • Flexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast-paced, unstructured environments 
  • Hands-on Mentality 
  • Presentation skills 
  • Strong focus on results 
  • Creative, proactively independent problem solver 
  • Strong process management and analytical skills, making it easy to juggle multiple client needs and projects 
Compensation and Benefits
According to §9 Abs. 2 GlBG, the minimum collective salary is 39.000 Euro gross per annum. We are more than willing to offer a higher salary to potential candidates in correlation with any job-related additional training, qualifications and work experience they possess.
