Job description
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Country Manager in Italy.
You are a dynamic and important part of our team and responsible for the development of the region. You should have a passion for sales, technology, and specifically AdTech. As the primary client lead you will ensure that clients have the optimal experience working with us.
Your mission
  • Be overall responsible for sales, new business, and account management in Italy
  • Be overall responsible for developing relationships with existing and new clients, Agencies, Advertisers, and Publishers in Italy
  • Develop and execute sales strategy
  • Identifying new business development opportunities  
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends  
  • Build up a team with local Sales Managers, Assistance, etc. (responsibility for local hirings)
Your profile
  • Excellent programmatic advertising knowledge
  • Experience in programmatic advertising sales (5 yrs +)
  • Good network within the online advertising industry in the region 
  • Understanding of technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality  
  • Strategic thinking concerning the market and client needs  
  • Excellent Business management capabilities
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Freshsales, or equivalent)
  • Ability to prioritize best opportunities and then execute across those opportunities
  • Ability to build sustained customer and partner relationships
  • Strong presenter and communicator
  • Proven results in leadership
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Hands-on Mentality
Compensation and Benefits
According to §9 Abs. 2 GlBG, the minimum collective salary is  Euro gross per annum. We are more than willing to offer a higher salary to potential candidates in correlation with any job-related additional training, qualifications and work experience they possess.
