Job description
For our location in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated, analytical, self-organized personality ready to join our company as Legal & Compliance Manager.
In this role, you´ll represent the legal interests of our company and support our management and departments on all legal issues.
You´ll have a broad range of responsibilities, including providing legal advice on complex international data privacy matters on day-to-day business initiatives. ​You are a GDPR pro and you provide us with data insights to improve our business performance and make better-informed decisions.
Your mission
  • Support and advise us on all legal topics
  • Monitor general conditions
  • Sparring Partner for all corporate departments
  • Research activities for current topics and questions in our industry
  • Preparation of contracts and documents
  • Monitor regulatory obligations and changes thereof, and draft requirements for our platforms based on regulatory provisions
  • Conduct compliance checks on features and products to be offered
  • Monitor data protection obligations and changes thereof in the jurisdictions
Your profile
  • You have a degree in law
  • Previous experience in legal matters in-house or at a law firm
  • Knowledge of advertising law and data protection - GDPR knowledge required!
  • You are stress-resistant, resilient and you can work in a fast-paced environment that requires high flexibility and commitment to results
  • With your open-minded personality, you can deal and communicate effectively in an international, culturally driven environment
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German
Compensation and Benefits
According to §9 Abs. 2 GlBG, the minimum collective salary is 42000,- Euro gross per annum. We are more than willing to offer a higher salary to potential candidates in correlation with any job-related additional training, qualifications and work experience they possess.
