Sei für den Aufbau, die Verwaltung und Wartung der Infrastruktur unserer IT-Systeme verantwortlich und sorge für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Ab sofort verstärken wir unser Team mit der Möglichkeit zur Remote-Work, wenn du wohnhaft in Österreich oder Deutschland bist.

Must haves
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung beispielsweise ein Studium der Informatik, als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbares mit
  • Du hast fundierte Betriebssystem-Kenntnisse (Linux)
  • Du bist versiert mit Script-Programmierung
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in der Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Entwicklung von System und Prozessen sowie im Bereich Visualisierung (Proxmox und VMWare)
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit super low-latency Systemen und globalen Load-Balancing
  • Du zeigst Interesse für den Aufbau und Betrieb von Containerumgebungen
Nice to have
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen in Installation, Wartung und Betrieb von Datenbanken und Middleware-Komponenten mit (z.B. Couchbase, Aerospike, Clickhouse)
  • Du hast Infrastrukturerfahrungen bei verschiedenen Cloud-Anbietern (z.B. GCP) 
Deine Mission
  • Du bist für den Aufbau, die Verwaltung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich.
  • Die Automatisierung von Aufgaben mithilfe von Skriptsprachen liegt in deinen Händen.
  • Du überwachst und behebst Fehler von Servern, Netzwerken und Anwendungen.
  • Bei ConnectAd bist du für die Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Softwareanwendungen zuständig.
  • Du verstärkst ein motiviertes cross-funktionales Team und arbeitest eng dem Produktentwickler und anderen Mitgliedern des IT-Teams zusammen.
  • Als SysOps Engineering Manager (m/w/d) gewährleistest du die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der IT-Systeme.

Compensation
Für die ausgeschriebene Position offerieren wir ein Bruttogehalt ab 80.000,- (38,5 Std./Woche). Gerne sind wir ausdrücklich bereit, bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation, eine Überbezahlung anzubieten!

Be responsible for setting up, managing and maintaining the infrastructure of our IT systems and ensuring smooth operation. From now on we are strengthening our team with the possibility of remote work if you live in Austria or Germany.
Must haves
  • You have completed IT training, for example a degree in computer science, as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or something similar
  • You have sound operating system knowledge (Linux)
  • You are adept at script programming
  • You have experience in the automation, standardization and development of systems and processes as well as in the field of visualization (Proxmox and VMWare)
  • You have experience with super low-latency systems and global load balancing
  • You show interest in building and operating container environments
Nice to have
  • You have practical experience in installing, maintaining and operating databases and middleware components (e.g. Couchbase, Aerospike, Clickhouse)
  • You have infrastructure experience with various cloud providers (e.g. GCP)
Your mission
  • You are responsible for setting up, managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
  • Automating tasks using scripting languages is in your hands.
  • You monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks and applications.
  • At ConnectAd you are responsible for the provision and configuration of software applications.
  • You will join a motivated cross-functional team and work closely with the product developer and other members of the IT team.
  • As a SysOps Engineering Manager (m/f/d) you ensure the security and reliability of the IT systems.

Compensation
For the advertised position, we offer a gross salary from EUR 80.000,- (38.5 hours/week). We are willing to offer overpayment if you have the appropriate professional experience and qualifications!
